Pressed and dried paper-thin sheets of seaweed often used with rice and sushi. Clearspring nori is a choice grade. Its fine, even textured and translucent deep-green colour are proof of its excellence. After harvesting, it's carefully washed, then slowly dried into square sheets.
Clearspring sea vegetables are harvested from clean ocean waters and sun dried for maximum flavour and nutritional goodness.
Serving suggestion: Cut into thin strips, crumbled or shredded, it makes an aromatic garnish on noodles, soups or salads. Cut into quarters for wrapping rice balls. This particular nori is ready toasted for use in making sushi rolls. No need to pre-soak either as the nori will absorb water from the rice.
Storage: Keep sealed and store in a cool, dry place.
