Mild and aromatic with a nutty flavour, a premium-grade green tea with added roasted rice. Using the traditional Japanese process, the leaves are steamed immediately after picking and then carefully rolled and dried to capture their bright colour and fresh flavour. It's prepared by tea producer Nagata Chaen in Kyoto by blending Clearspring sencha with an equal amount of organic, roasted brown rice, creating a light tasting tea that can be enjoyed hot or cold, either by itself or with food.

The exceptional flavour of Clearspring Japanese teas comes from careful organic cultivation, special preparation and packing the tea bags in foil directly on the estate.

Serving suggestion: Allow one tea bag per person, add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3 minutes. Remove bag before serving.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
