Light, refreshing and stimulating. This sencha is a premium-quality green tea from the first harvest in spring of organic young leaves. Using the traditional Japanese process, the leaves are steamed immediately after picking and then carefully rolled and dried to capture their bright colour and fresh flavour.
The exceptional flavour of Clearspring Japanese teas comes from careful organic cultivation, special preparation and packing the tea bags in foil directly on the estate.
Serving suggestion: Allow one tea bag per person, add freshly boiled water and infuse for 3 minutes. Simmer for a stronger flavour.
