A delicious concentrated mushroom and shoyu seasoning for noodles, soups, dips and dressings. This richly flavourful and convenient stock is made by cooking down shiitake broth for several hours and then adding Johsen natural shoyu.
Serving suggestion: Simply dilute and heat to make savoury soups and authentic oriental noodle broths in an instant.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening.
