This earthenware pot cooks casseroles, soups, rice dishes and so on to perfection.

Before use: Before using this pot for the very first time, partly fill with hot water, add three tablespoons of rice and simmer for 30 minutes. This must be done to prepare the pot for use. Note that these pots are not suitable for deep frying and should never be left on the heat when empty.
