Product information and allergens
We rely on the information provided by suppliers but ingredients can change without our knowledge. Please always read the label before consuming the product and never rely solely on the information contained in this website.
We reserve the right to make modifications to patterns and designs without notice.
Privacy
All customer details remain confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except for the purpose of arranging delivery.
Security
It is our responsibility to ensure that your card details are not compromised while shopping with us and as such we have chosen to work with leading payment services provider Sage Pay. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for over 24,000 online businesses, including ours. No credit card details or other sensitive information are seen by us or held on our site.

Pricing
All prices are in £ Sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 15% where applicable.
We make every effort to ensure that our prices are accurate. If any change does occur, we will contact you prior to delivery and confirm that you agree to the revised price or alternatively give the option to change or cancel the order.
Ordering
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse in our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
Or if you prefer, we are happy to take orders over the phone.
Payment will be taken only when goods are about to be dispatched. We will send you an e mail confirming that the order has been received and another when despatch is about to take place and payment deducted.
When you receive a confirmation of order, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

Delivery
Postage & Packaging
UK mainland orders over £75 are delivered FREE of charge.
Orders up to the value of £75 cost £4.99.
There is no minimum order and this cost includes both postage and packing. There are no additional handling charges.
Depending on the size of the order, delivery will be via either Parcelforce or Royal Mail
UK mainland includes England, Wales and Scottish lowlands and Aberdeen area.
For delivery outside the UK mainland to Highlands & Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland the cost is £15.00. Sorry we are unable to offer free delivery to these areas.
For delivery to the rest of the E.U – please contact us and we will be happy to quote for delivery to your area.
Please note that we re-use boxes and packaging materials.
Delivery Time
If your requested items are in stock – we will endeavour to have your order delivered within 4-5 days however, please allow up to 14 working days.A confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address when the order has been shipped.
Sorry we do not deliver at weekends or offer a guaranteed next day service.
Refunds and Returned Goods
Goods must be examined and breakages notified immediately, within three days of delivery at the latest.
Should any item received be faulty or damaged, it will be replaced or we will issue you with a refund.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven working days.
If you decide to send items back, please return the unused goods to us within 14 days at your expense. As long as they are in their original packaging and in good condition, we will refund the cost of the items, excluding cost of delivery. This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund or replacement where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Governing Law
This contract is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
