Serving suggestion: Traditionally served cold in Japan. Try tossing cooked somen with a variety of meats, seafood or vegetables, then top with your favourite salad dressing. Also delicious served with a hot miso broth or a Japanese soy sauce-flavoured dipping sauce garnished with chopped spring onions, slivered nori seaweed and grated ginger.
